The easiest way to ensure you don't miss one of our eMails is to make sure they don't end up in your spam/junk folder!  :You can make sure this doesn't happen by Whitelisting the eMails you want to receive.

Check for Current Spam

Open your spam/junk folder  and review the eMail messages that have collected in that folder.  Find a message you want to read.  Open it and click on your button that says something like "Not Spam" or "Not "Junk."  This will send the message to your eMail inbox.

Whitelist an eMail

Whitelisting is merely adding the "from" address in an eMail message to your address book or contact list.  The instructions are unique for your eMail client.  Two of the most popular are Gmail and Outlook.  If you are using a different eMail client, search their "Help" function for "whitelist."

Open an eMail you want to whitelist.

  1. Click the drop down arrow next to “Reply” in the upper right side of your inbox screen.
