The eMail with the subject "Registration" contains your login credentials to access your purchase. If you cannot locate this eMail in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder and your "Promotions" folder in gMail.

If you still have a problem, you will need to open a ticket - please provide all the requested purchase information so we know who, what, when about the purchase.

If you have "lost" your files, please open a ticket and include the necessary information so we can locate your purchase. We will then send you an eMail with information to access your purchase. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam/junk folder in your eMail agent.
