This allows us to locate your purchase in our system.  We will validate your request and provide the refund as quickly as possible, as long as it is within the refund period for the product. 


Each product has its own refund policy noted on the order page. Your request for a refund will be validated by product.

Question: Why are there no refunds on special reports and other products?

Answer: Once the download has been made to your computer, the digital information is yours forever - you can't return it. We offer free information in our free guides and reports, our blog, and through our newsletter. It is not unreasonable for us to charge a small price for information that has been used to successfully build and run a house cleaning business. These are techniques and procedures that took years to refine through trial and error. You are eliminating the trial and error by using what has already been proven to work.

Please do not ask for a refund on these items. If you decide to purchase the Business-in-a-Box, the Premium House Cleaning Success System, or the Tips and Tricks, we will refund the price of any special reports you have already purchased that contains the same information.
